Barb started working for Heartland Financial Services in 2007. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 2001. Her and her husband, Bryan, live in Tulare. They have two children – Pyne and Aimee. Barb is involved in the Tulare Economic Development Corporation, is a Sunday School Teacher and member of the Tulare United Church, and is part owner of the Patriot Market. Her hobbies include exercising and riding and showing horses.

Heartland Financial Services would like to welcome Tammy Skinner. Tammy joined HFS the beginning of September as a Customer Service Rep. in our Wessington location. She has lived in Wessington for 18 years. Tammy is married to Keith, and they have a daughter, Allyana who attends middle school in Miller. Prior to working for HFS, Tammy operated a Hog site with her husband for many years. Tammy is very involved with her church, where she also helps take care of all the video/audio needs. In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, being outdoors, camping and hunting.
